The procedure involves injecting hyaluronic acid gel using very fine needles or cannulas (blunt-tipped needles) into different layers of the skin, depending on the area being treated and the patient's specific needs. Injectable hyaluronic acid implants work by increasing volume and hydration to facial tissues and restoring facial contours to achieve the desired level of correction. Over time, the skin's enzymes naturally and gradually break down the hyaluronic acid, ensuring a high degree of therapeutic safety.

The duration of the results depends on the implant density and the specific indication for which it is being used. If bruising or hematoma occurs, it will resolve within approximately one week with the daily application of a lightening cream prescribed by your doctor. You may feel some uneven areas at the injection site while the product integrates fully into the skin. Because hyaluronic acid is malleable, these irregularities will resolve spontaneously within a few days or with gentle massage performed exclusively by your doctor.
